Accessibility statement

AccessRadar helps other organisations find and fix website accessibility risks. We hold our own site to the same standard we ask of theirs.

This statement applies to www.getaccessradar.com. Last reviewed: 20 June 2026.

Our commitment

We are committed to making getaccessradar.com accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549 — the technical standard behind the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Conformance status

getaccessradar.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that while we meet the standard across most of the site — and our own automated scanner currently reports no detectable issues (a score of 100/100) on our main pages — automated testing alone cannot confirm full conformance, and some content may not yet fully conform.

Why we don't claim "fully compliant." It's the same honesty that's central to our product: automated scanning detects only about 30–40% of WCAG success criteria. A perfect automated score is not a certificate of compliance. Full conformance also requires manual and assistive-technology testing, which we treat as an ongoing programme rather than a one-time checkbox. We would rather tell you this than sell you a badge.

How we test our site

This statement is based on a self-evaluation of getaccessradar.com, carried out in June 2026 using:

an automated scan of our key pages with AccessRadar's own engine (WCAG 2.1 AA checks);
manual keyboard-only navigation and visible-focus checks;
review of semantic structure, headings, landmarks, and page language;
ARIA live regions to announce dynamically updated content, such as live scan results.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, the following areas may not yet be fully accessible. We're transparent about them and continue to work on them:

White-label reports. Reports can be rendered in a customer's chosen brand colours; where a customer selects low-contrast colours, the contrast of that specific report may fall below AA. The default AccessRadar styling meets AA.
PDF exports. PDF versions of reports may not yet be fully tagged for assistive technology. An accessible HTML version of every report is always available.
Third-party checkout. Payment and checkout pages are hosted by Stripe; their accessibility is governed by Stripe rather than by us.
Live scan results. The interactive scan display updates dynamically and is announced via ARIA live regions; we continue to test it across a range of screen readers.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter a barrier we've missed, we genuinely want to hear about it — reports from real users are the most valuable testing we get.
